We believe in excellence and work hard to make sure that only the highest quality items are sent out for orders. However, if you are not satisfied that the items you have received are of our usual standards, goods can be returned to us up to 28 days after your order has been delivered. Your return will be subject to a handling charge after 7 days from delivery.
Alternatively, you are able to exchange goods and can arrange this by contacting our Support Team to discuss options.
Please note: we cannot accept a return, exchange or cancellation for any non-stocked items and/or special stock that we have sourced specifically for your order.
How to Complete a Return
- For orders placed online using our website: submit a returns request though the my account area on our website, alternatively you can contact a member of our Support Team by calling +44 (0)1451 830083 or emailing email@example.com – a returns request can only be submitted through our website for items that have been ordered online from our site.

- Accepted requests will be issued with a returns confirmation and address label to attach to the parcel. All goods must be returned in their original condition, packaging and corrugated cardboard carton for protection during transit.
- If you would like to arrange for goods to be collected, please see the section detailed further down this page.
- Any agreed refunds will be issued once the goods have been received by our Warehouse Team and quality checked.
- For the return of orders paid using Harrison Credit Account balance, the refund will be credited to that account. For orders paid using PayPal Checkout or a credit/debit card, an email notification will be sent once the refund has been processed.
Collection of Returned Goods
We are able to arrange collection for returned goods, please mention this in the comments when submitting a return request on our website for online orders or discuss this with a member of our Support Team.
Goods for collection from a UK address will be collected within 2-3 working days of the return request being accepted. Alternatively, if you would like to send the return via your own preferred courier, please get in touch with our Support Team to arrange. If goods are not ready to be collected upon arrival, customers will then be responsible for returning the goods to us undamaged.
Returns from Outside the UK
Unfortunately, we can no longer offer a collection service from addresses outside of the UK. If you would like to return your goods from outside the UK, delivery to Harrison’s UK distribution hub will need to be arranged at the buyer’s cost and sent to the following address:
