Salary: £25,000.00 to £27,000.00 pa

Working hours: 39.5 per week (Mon – Thurs: 8:00am – 5:00pm; Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pm)

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our Retail Sales team at Harrison.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent time management and organisational skills, to help streamline sales processes and maximise productivity. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the sales team whilst ensuring communication between various departments, stakeholders and the sales team runs smoothly.

The job holder is expected to proficiently undertake the following tasks:

  1. Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, presentations, and note taking.
  2. Manage the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information, tracking sales activities, and generating reports as needed.
  3. Manage and organise sales-related documents, contracts, and customer records.
  4. Co-ordinate and manage diaries, including scheduling internal and external meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  5. Create and prepare meeting agendas, samples/products and follow-up actions.
  6. Support with any ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the sales team.
  7. Handle general administrative duties, such as answering phone calls, managing email correspondence and document control.
  8. Respond to queries and requests from customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.

The Person

To carry out the duties above, the following skills, competencies and experiences are necessary:

  1. Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in sales.
  2. Time and workload management with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
  3. Positive, solution driven mindset.
  4. Meticulous attention to detail.
  5. Strong planner with great organisation skills.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges as needed.
